Maria Najmi is the Founder / Managing Partner of the firm. She heads the Arbitration Department and boasts extensive experience practicing before the Bombay High Court and various District Courts in Mumbai. Prior to establishing the firm, she worked alongside Mr. Shabbir T. Kapadia, an experienced litigator specializing in Civil Law.

Mohammed Najmi is the Partner of the firm. He heads the Dispute Resolution Department at the firm's head office in Mumbai. Mr. Najmi began his career alongside Mr. Abbas Mookhtiar, an experienced advocate practice before the Honorable Bombay High Court in the field of Criminal and Civil Litigation Law. He has also collaborated with Mr. Sameer Chitnis of M/s. Chitnis and Co., Advocates & Solicitors. Mr. Najmi was associated with M/s. Falcon Legal LLP., a firm specializing in Criminal Litigation Law.

PARTNER
Aadil Sham is a Partner at the firm and heads the Real Estate Department. He specializes in Real Estate and Company law matters and serves as a key advisor to major corporations and multinational organizations. Before joining the firm as a Partner, Aadil worked at the prestigious law firm IC Universal Legal (Advocates & Solicitors). He also gained valuable experience working as a paralegal for various international law firms, where he developed extensive knowledge of international law, with specific expertise in Subpoena Compliance and Document Review. Aadil was part of the team responsible for overseeing Serious Fraud Office (SFO) investigations. A skilled negotiator, Aadil recently completed the Art of Negotiation course at Yale University, further enhancing his capabilities in securing successful outcomes for his clients.
